Membership – $250/year
- Limited use of co-working space
- Furnished private office or meeting room: 50% off of non member rates
- Large conference room: 50% off of non member rates

Non-Member Rates – no annual fee
- Private office or meeting room: $25 per hour; $75 per half day; $125 per day.
- Large conference room: $50 per hour; $125 per half day; $225/day– includes use of projector, 60” flat screen TV and/or conference phone (non-international calls only)
