Resident Options

Full Time Office

  • Thirty-three offices ranging from 155 to 500 square feet (prices vary)
  • Six month lease, no deposit
  • Meeting room, as needed
  • Large conference room – includes use of projector, 60” flat screen TV and/or conference phone (non-international calls only)
  • Internet Access – wireless
  • Access to copier/fax machines, billed monthly
  • Inclusion in all abi Hub exclusive events

Co-working, Option 1 – $150/month

  • Unlimited use of co-working space
  • Furnished private office or meeting room, 30 hours month, $10 each additional hour
  • Large conference room, 8 hours per month, $20 each additional hour

  • Use of Desktop Computer
  • Access to copier and fax machines, billed monthly

Non Resident Options

Membership – $250/year

  • Limited use of co-working space
  • Furnished private office or meeting room: 50% off of non member rates
  • Large conference room: 50% off of non member rates
  • Inclusion in all abi Hub exclusive events and activities
  • Invite to workshops and networking events

Non-Member Rates – no annual fee

  • Private office or meeting room: $25 per hour; $75 per half day; $125 per day.
  • Large conference room: $50 per hour; $125 per half day; $225/day– includes use of projector, 60” flat screen TV and/or conference phone (non-international calls only)
